台灣戶政系統中的除籍

油管 Youtube 中看到許多人將身份凍結與人權混為一談, 特別在此澄清. 

台灣人出國遊學, 留學, 工作等, 若超過兩年未返回台灣, 會被註記除籍, 除籍以白話來說, 就是這個人生死不明, 許多公民的權利會被暫時凍結. 詳見內政部網頁 :

除籍之後, 影響最大的就是金融. 健保等. 雖然如此, 除籍仍然合理, 合法. 與人權一點關係也沒有. 

西方, 歐美國家也同樣有除籍相類似的規定, 只是名稱不同. 暫時凍結的各項權利按照人, 事, 時, 地, 物不同而有不同規定. 

油管 YT-Youtube 廣告的 Pros and Cons

油管 YT 網紅成為熱門的行業, 片頭都會聽到按贊, 訂閱與分享.

某一個月測試大量看廣告, 協助網紅賺錢, 結果網路月費由原先台幣二千, 漲成了台幣二千五百. 只好趕緊回到滑鼠點一下跳過廣告的習慣, 還是比電視廣告的休息時間好多了.  

大量看 YOUTUBE 廣告接下來一個月, 竟然是沒有廣告, 也是奇怪, 不過廣告量逐日增多則是必然的趨勢. 

另外就是打開小鈴鐺, 試過幾次後, 發現電郵 Email 中塞滿了郵件, 刪除的速度, 遠不如增加的速度, 只好全部取消小鈴鐺, 等待 Google 主動提醒. 

重要的 YT 則設定 Bookmark 書籤. 

科隆島沉船浮潛 Ship wreck snorkeling in Coron

浮潛攝影通常不需要紅色濾片，因為浮潛客貼近水面，光線充足，與海洋生物之間距離較近，約 1.5 米以內。

不過若天侯不佳，或者珊瑚礁及海洋生物距離較遠，以低階潛水相機加上紅色濾片，慢動作攝影，仍然可以取得不凡的效果，水中色彩幾乎可以完全重現。

網路資訊中提到 Hin Daeng & Hin Muang 為進階級潛點，水流強勁，潛客必須有 30-50 支以上潛水經驗。實際體驗結果是；因為潛客水準不一，沒有潛導會自找麻煩，帶領潛客深入海洋超過 20-30米。預期的強勁海流只有一次在潛水完畢回船的時侯，因為距離超過百公尺，必須全力踢腿，十分鐘後船員丟下救生圈將大家逐一拉回船上。記得在菲律賓潛水時倒是多次遇到強勁海流，全力踢腿才得以脫身。

泰國春蓬國家海洋公園浮潛 Chumphon Marine National Park, Thailand 08

在泰國春蓬 Chumphon 前後住宿一週，分別參加國家海洋公園深潛 Chumphon Diving 及浮潛 SIAM CATAMARAN 一日行程。SIAM CATAMARAN 浮潛遊艇有三種選擇，分別是五十人座，百人座或二百人座，當日參加的遊客總共只有五人，一個泰國家庭以及一位背包客，因此 SIAM CATAMARAN 公司派出五十人座遊艇，遊艇雖小卻是配備齊全，加上貼心的導遊，精心準備的餐飲點心，讓人再度感受到泰國精緻的旅遊服務，一趟五星級海洋之旅。

泰國春蓬國家海洋公園 Chumphon Marine National Park 浮潛海域保持極佳的海洋生態，海水能見度 VISIBILITY 約 15-20 米，使用低階水中相機，仍然可以拍攝出清晰的影片。浮潛影片中出現七帶豆娘魚 sergeant major fish 。

Sea turtles are generally found in the waters over continental shelves. During the first three to five years of life, sea turtles spend most of their time in the pelagic zone floating in seaweed mats.

Green sea turtles in particular are often found in Sargassum mats, in which they find shelter and food. Once the sea turtle has reached adulthood it moves closer to the shore.[11] Females will come ashore to lay their eggs on sandy beaches during the nesting season.

The habitat of a sea turtle has a significant influence on its morphology. Sea turtles are able to grow so large because of the immense size of their habitat: the ocean. The reason that sea turtles are much bigger than land tortoises and freshwater turtles is directly correlated with the vastness of the ocean, and the fact that they travel such far distances. Having more room to live enables more room for growth.

泰國春蓮 Chum Phon 透過五星級 SALSA HOSTEL 背包客棧老闆介紹，參加國家公園浮潛 SIAM CATAMARAN 一日行程。浮潛海域保持極佳的海洋生態，海水能見度 VISIBILITY 約十至二十米，使用低階水中相機，仍然可以拍攝出清晰的影片。海洋中遍佈巨石小島，單獨豎立或成群陣列，多處前人採集燕窩的礁岩與簡易小屋，第四次浮潛地點則是在岩洞中，這裡魚群特別多，另外也遇到彩色水母以及小型沙丁魚風暴。

The Plaza de Independencia or Plaza de Armas is the oldest part of the city, and is filled with Indian laurel trees, surrounded by outdoor restaurants and colonial mansions. Streets here are made of cobblestone and have names such as La Calle de Bimbo and the Callejón del Ciego.

In the middle of this plaza is a fountain that honors Juan Antonio de Urrutia y Arana, who built that large aqueduct to bring water to the city. Around the plaza is the Galeria Libertad (Libertad Gallery) and the Casa de Ecala (Ecala House), which is a baronial mansion from the 18th century with large balconies and wrought ironwork. However, the best-known structure on this plaza is the Palacio de la Corregiadora.

The Sanctuary of Atotonilco (Santuario de Atotonilco) is a church complex and a World Heritage Site, designated along with nearby San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico.

The complex was built in the 18th century by Father Luis Felipe Neri de Alfaro who, according to tradition, was called upon by a vision of Jesus with a crown of thorns on his head and carrying a cross.

The main feature of the complex is the rich Mexican Baroque mural work that adorns the main nave and chapels. This was chiefly the work of Antonio Martinez de Pocasangre over a period of thirty years. The mural work has led the complex to be dubbed the "Sistine Chapel of Mexico."

Father Miguel Hidalgo called for revolution against the Spanish in 1810.

The church is connected to the events of the Mexican War of Independence in the early 19th century. The initial banner for the nascent insurgent army depicting the Virgin of Guadalupe was taken from here on 16 September 1810. After the war, the community became part of the municipality of San Miguel de Allende.

The complex remains a place of worship and penance to this day, attracting as many as 5,000 visitors every week.

This beautiful aqueduct of quarry pink, measure 1810 meters and consists of 253 arches and two boxes of water.

Construction take us to the days of the golden age of the former Valladolid. In 1785 Bishop Fray Antonio de San Miguel commanded to built an aqueduct with two purposes: to bring drinking water to the city which was hit by a terrible drought for two years and to provide work for the indigenous people of the region. The stone was transported from the village of Santa María (now part of the city) and goes to the old Calle Real. Today, Madero avenue.

Chichén Itzá is the largest of the archaeological cities of the pre-Columbian Maya civilization in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. It is one of Mexico's most visited tourist destinations. It was granted World Heritage Site status in 1988 by UNESCO World Heritage Site and was recently selected as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Chichen Itza was a center of pilgrimage for the ancient Maya for over 1,000 years. The Sacred Cenote was holy to the ancient Rain God "Chac". About 987 the ruler of the Toltec people of central Mexico came here, and with his Maya allies made Chichen Itza the most powerful city in the Yucatan.

Many tourists visit Chichen Itza as a day trip, especially from Cancun, more than 100 miles away. This archaeological site is also an hour and a half away from Merida, the capital of Yucatan.

The beautiful church in Guanajuato, Mexico

The main church of the city is the Basilica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato built between 1671 and 1696.

The church is a sober Mexican Baroque in style but there are popular elements from donations made by the area’s miners, and other elements that demonstrate the influence several of the city’s rich mining nobility.

Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico

Ensenada is the third-largest city in Baja California. Lying 125 kilometres (78 mi) south of San Diego. It is locally referred to as La Cenicienta del Pacífico, "The Cinderella of the Pacific".

Situated on the coastline of Bahía de Todos Santos — an inlet of the Pacific Ocean on the peninsula's Gold Coast — the Port of Ensenada is an important commercial, fishing, and tourist port. The city is home to a navy base, army base, and Ensenada Airport, a military airfield which doubles as an airport of entry into Mexico.

Ensenada is backed by small mountain ranges. Proximity to the Pacific and a warm Mediterranean latitude create mild year-round weather. The rainy season during the winter is short and the area is prone to prolonged droughts, which can threaten its grape harvests. The National Park Constitution of 1857 created the Sierra de Juarez and San Pedro Martir National Parks, which maintain one of the best astronomical observatories in the country.

The city of Puebla, formally Puebla de los Ángeles, is the capital and largest city of the state of Puebla, and one of the five most important Spanish colonial cities in Mexico. A colonial era-planned city. it is located southeast of Mexico City and west of Mexico's main Atlantic port, Veracruz, on the main route between the two in Central Mexico.

The city was founded in 1531 in an area called Cuetlaxcoapan, which means "where serpents change their skin", in between of two of the main indigenous settlements at the time, Tlaxcala and Cholula

Being the fourth largest city in Mexico, also important because of its industry, with one of the world's largest Volkswagen factories outside of Germany located in the Municipality of Cuautlancingo.
